Visit client's website[Following surgery] We like to reduce swelling, improve range of motion and strength and ultimately improve functional mobility. One of the most important tools we have at our disposal is our HydroWorx pool. Our athletes typically get in the pool anywhere from 14 to 21 days post op. We feel it is important to get our athletes in the pool for a number of reasons. Hydrostatic pressure of the water is useful for reducing swelling which in turn allows for improved function and mobility.
