Additionally, join Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Kansas, Murphy Grant, MS, ATC, PES, CES, for a special presentation and demonstration on “Aquatic Essentials for Baseball!” This exciting and interactive breakout session will be held in the Baltimore Orioles Athletic Training and Hydrotherapy room, Saturday January 5th from 1:15 to 3pm!  With this presentation you will learn why water is an essential part for training, recovery and rehabilitation for baseball players. Then watch Murphy Grant demonstrate an effective training session in the HydroWorx pool!
