 I Couldn’t Live Without…HydroWorx Underwater Treadmill.

The treadmills are placed in pools with an average water temperature of 92 degrees; most residents use one while standing/walking in about four feet of water. Eichinger says that walking on underwater treadmills allows for a more natural gait, which makes muscles work harder.
