Aquatic Therapy Melts 35 Pounds off 85-year-old

Think aquatic therapy and weight loss only go hand-in-hand for “youngsters”?  Then it’s time to meet Margaret!

We caught up with this wonderful woman at the Pieters Family Life Center, Heritage Christian Services, Rochester, NY.  Over a period of a year, she lost 35 pounds and feels better thanks to the exercises she regularly enjoys in the Center’s HydroWorx pool.
