"I'm More Flexible and Do Things Longer Than on Land!" — Penny, HydroWorx Fan

“Ugggh… my back is killing me!”

Who among us over the age of 18 hasn’t said that at least once?  Back pain is definitely a problem, but for the majority of people, it’s one that goes away sooner or later.

For those like Penny, the 49-year-old in the video below, back pain is a never-ending condition.

Over the years, Penny has been diagnosed with MS, spinal stenosis and foraminal stenosis.  These issues have seriously challenged her physically; however, like other fighters, she never gave up.  That’s why she’s strengthening and conditioning in the HydroWorx physical therapy pool at Professional Therapy Associates, Akron, Ohio.

With help from the team of experts at Professional Therapy Associates, Penny has made significant progress.  The smile on her face as she works out in the HydroWorx pool says it all!
